Thanks for stopping by, Pascal here! I am currently using my Annual Leave allowance to cycle 5000 KM across the USA, from California to Florida!

I joined the Royal Navy in January 2005, and continue to serve today. I have enjoyed a varied and challenging career as helicopter aircrew, spending years deployed on multiple frontline operations around the world.

I have seen first hand the impact on mental health such operations can have on military personnel, and their families. By riding across the USA I intend to raise funds and awareness for military mental health, in conjunction with the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC). All money raised goes to this great charity.
